Question: I own a OC 40 with a stoway mast. I have read comments from the AC boats about inflatable battens. Is this technology that could be used to build a furling main with a powerful roach for cruising?

Answer: Hi Mark,

Maybe someday. But so far the inflatable batten technology is far from perfected.
