Question: I am about to replace my current North Sails with new sails and am pre-disposed to buying North sails again given the good luck I have had with the current sails and the service provided by North. But I am an engineer and want to be sure that the sails I get are the best quality for the dollar. Other sailmakers have given me some idea about the stretch resistance, fiber type and density and finishing of their sails. Can I get similar info from North for your Premium NorDac?

Thank you for you question regarding the properties of our Premium Nordac polyester cloth styles. As you would guess, we have many weights and styles of these materials that suit a wide range of boat size and rig aspect. If you tell me what type of boat you have I would be more than happy to give you specific information on what we’d suggest for a given application.
