Step 1: Short Headstay. Tighten
headstay turnbuckle all the way, then ease 8 turns and attach.
Caps: 56 Units
Step 2: Center mast
and get correct vertical tension.
D1's: 25 Units
Step 3: Sighting
up mast for straight "dock" tune
D2's: hand tight + 2.5 turns
Step 4: Sighting
up mast from gooseneck
12 TWS
Caps: 48 Units
3 turns off from max
D1's: 12 Units
5 turns off from max
D2's hand tight
+ 2.5 turns
Waves, Below
10 TWS
Long Headstay: Tighten headstay
all the way, then ease 25 turns.
Caps: 43 Units

D1's: Immeasureable
7 turns off from max
D2's: hand tight
+2.5 turns
Notice once the mast sets up straigh
while sailing there is no adjustment to the D2's. Having an RT-11
Loos Gauge is necessary to setup the Farr 395 rig correctly.
