on September 2, 2007 by Thomas Marr-Laing Also, last year I purchased your North U library of sailing books and CDs - a fantastic resource that I use frequently. Thanks, Answer: Dear Thomas, Thank's for contacting us RE your San Juan 24. They're a great boat and ideal for lake sailing. Unfortunately we don't have a specific tuning guide for it. The sail plan I have shows the mast with 8" of aft rake (measured from the deck) so I would suggest you start with that. The North U "Trim" manual that I think you have has a good section on mast tuning so refer to that as well. Good sailing and let me know if you have any other questions. Sincerely, Email North Sails with your question today! <-- Go BACK to the Racing Solutions Main Page.
